Triplet Trouble book

They are sparated, but they've got a plan...

What's this book about? Triplet Trouble

Our book, Triplet Trouble, is about 3 triplets who get separated by a divorce. One of them is sporty, the
next one is smart, and the last one is girly. The sporty one wants to go with the dad, because she’s a tomboy.
The smart one wants to go with their Aunt Sarah, because she’s really smart. The girly one wants to go with the mom
because she knows all about make-up and hair. The bad thing is, is that they each go with the one that they don’t want to go with. They can’t stand it, but they have a plan...

Everything started on a rainy day, when we had nothing to do, so we decided to write a story for fun on one of the school laptops. From then on, we wrote a part of the story each time we had to stay in because of inclement weather. One day, we started talking about goal setting, and how kids just like us, 11 and 12 year olds, could make a BIG difference, and could raise money and help as much as adults. We thought, and said that if other kids could help, then so could we. At first we didn't now what we could do, but then the answer was right at front of our eyes:
go on with our story and finish it. We were only on the first few chapters, rainy day recesses weren't enough, so we stayed inside, even if the weather was warm,
and there was sunshine. That was how we got this idea to write a book to raise money to help make cancer history!
The book came out on May 2, 2006. Here is a part of our journey in the pictures: Relay for Life, The ceremony.
